I'm only 18 mos new to citrus so know nothing. I can fertilize, water properly and know when somethings's not right only.

Ordered a Shiranui from Harris a few months back and got tired of waiting for
their OK from Ag. So tried to email and call to cancel. No response.
Then Wednesday received a lovely looking tree. However it only looked
lovely from about 5 feet away. It suffered the usual damage from being
in a box for 8-9 days but had what everyone is describing as the "black
spot" mine has too- maybe 20-30 leaves with it on it. Mostly younger
leaves from the bottom third. Also has what I'm assuming are remnants of
leaf miner damage. But the pics of tunnels I find online are thinner
than what I'm seeing on the leaves- they look more like the width of an
earthworm.

A friend here told me that many here have received
trees from Harris with the same black spot. If you have, can you tell me
what you've done? The little info I can find online with pics looking
like what these black spotted leaves look like say that it's a fungus
with no cure. To destroy the plant! But received a nice reassurance from someone last night who said she'd received a tree with the same black spots a few months back and it's doing marvelously.

Don't know what this is

This is what I was wondering is leaf miner. I've never had it don't know what it is. But these things have the appearance of a fat worm's imprint on the leaf.

This is an example of the black spots that I'm in great fear over.
