Just bought an Eastern shore waterfront lot on the Chesapeake (50x100) in Earleville, MD. And plan to build a smallish part time retirement home there in a year or so. I love the feel of this room and intend to have one open room like this. But it needs to be modest in size and price. Thanks, Candy
