We are restyling our family room into a summer lounge. We have brought the furniture into the centre of the room to better connect it to the pool and courtyard. The mirror on the floor will be hung to reflect the morning light into the room (its cool and shady in the afternoons but needs some cheer in the mornings). The space behind the couch is now the thoroughfare from the hallway to the left of the photo to the 3 bedrooms that open off this room. But I feel the mirror needs "anchoring" somehow and had considered a narrow console table but we really don't need any more furniture, book shelving or storage. What do other Houzzers suggest?
