Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us about the Brentwood 2 Piece Sectional! This is one of our fantastic products that we actually build to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!) and it even ships out with free white glove delivery. The Brentwood style is really handsome and has been extremely popular with our customers - great pick!

I'd be happy to clarify our return policy here on Houzz! Apt2B offers free white glove delivery with every single order. The white glove delivery team will bring your Brentwood into your home, set it all up for you, and give you a chance to fully inspect the product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the color, the quality, or the comfort then you can "refuse" the order and have the white glove delivery team take the sofa right back with them. We'll offer you a refund or an opportunity to exchange for another product. The customer is only liable for the cost of return shipping. You also have up to 30 days after the date of delivery to initiate a return! You'll receive the same offer for a refund or exchange minus the cost of return shipping.

We hope this helps answer your questions! Did you have any other questions that we could answer for you? Always happy to help :)
