Maple ID?

I never did learn about these types of maples as I never used them in designing home landscapes. I guess I've considered them street trees and trees for parking lots. Is this a type of Freeman maple? My curiosity was piqued by the deeply incised leaves.

The man is recording the removal of a hemlock in his front garden by my friend.

Mike, that doesn't look like any maple I am very familiar with but is possibly A. saccharinum 'Laciniatum'. Not exactly a common selection ;-) Definitely not a Freeman.

It's a fern-leaf beech.

So, no, it shouldn't look like any maple.
