My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the grey tiles on the shower walls and what is the floor treatment outside the shower (tile? engineered stone?)

    the flooring is ardex, matte finish. The tile walls are Toyko WHITE

    What is under the ardex? How thick is it? Could it go over a wooden subfloor? It's beautiful!

    yes, this is placed over a wood subfloor. I'd pay special attention to minimizing any deflection in the subfloor, also make sure a proper underlayment is completed (anti-fracture or other suitable underlayment - per manuf install instructions)
