Master Ensuite design help

We have a pretty good-sizedmaster bathroom and walk-in closet, but whoever designed this 1989 McMansion ensuite should be shot. It this nice large space with corner windows, we only have a 36" shower and a 48" single sink vanity. I'd like to have at LEAST a 48" shower and a double vanity. Would also like to keep a tub ( though I'm not opposed so a smaller japanese-esque soaker) and get some linen storage in there. There is currently a mirrored sliding door into the closet, which leaves very little space on that wall. The existing heat register (red) and air return (green) locations are marked. The bathroom is above the kitchen, where the plumbing, etc. is located in the exterior walls. Let me know your thoughts!

what is the current layout? Is the large space on the left the closet? Where is the door? Need more information before you can get opinions on a different layout.

Hire a K&B designer. In a project of this scope and large expense, you cannot afford to not hire a Pro.

Currently, the room on the left is the closet with a double sliding door between the lines. Right outside of the closet, on the south wall is the 48" vanity, right next to the bathtub (approx 30x60) oriented horizontally. The approx 36" shower is next to the entry door on the north-east corner where the little wall sticks out on the right. This little wall currently houses the plumbing for the shower. The toilet is on the east wall between the shower and bathtub.
