My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a few things in my cart and when I go to checkout there is a dollar value in the shipping line of the invoice. I am just wondering why since your advertising free shipping?

    Hi Steven! There should not be anything in the shipping line as it is free shipping. We will check with the Houzz team and see if they offer any insight as to why a shipping charge is showing up.

    Hello Steve, the shipping should disappear at the final check out stage.
