My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is this siding, who makes it and where can I buy it?

    It is HardiePlank® Lap Siding in three widths installed in a random pattern (the main house has clear cedar bevel siding). We used metal corner flashing in lieu of corner boards. You can check their website to see where it is sold in your area. Good luck!
