Azaleas With Yellowing Leaves

I have four identical Azaleas, kept in the original nursery containers and ready to plant into containers. One of the four plants is rapidly turning yellow. The first photo shows the yellowing plant. The second photo shows one of its sisters, still very green on top with much less yellowing on the bottom.

Is this a sign of overwatering, or would it be normal die off in Winter? We are getting nighttime temperatures of around 40F to 46F.
