My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

could you tell me the type of wood specie and finishing methods used? (i.e....kiln dried, sealed all sides, finished in clear matte sealer).

    I keep picking projects done by the construction zone ltd! Inspiring stuff. Can you please tell me what the material is edging the roof. Is this a rubber roof?

    Hi Peter,
    Thank you for your interest in our work.
    The fascia is steel that has been left to weather. The roofing is foam with a elastomeric coating (fairly common in Arizona).
