Our family I had the opportunity to work with Andy Byrnes and the team at Construction Zone during our recent rebuild/remodel project. Our project encompassed demo, design, build, interior design, and landscape design components all coordinated and executed by the team at CZ. We found the experience creatively fulfilling as Andy, Jessica, and Steven supported us from design phase to execution. This project was a design build for a residence. Site was a challenge due to the slope, rocky nature of soil and the city imposed set backs. Construction Zone developed plans, value engineered and built the structure all within stated budget and timeframes. Thier building standards and finish are well above anything ive ever seen. The home has been a dream to live in each and every day for the last 6 years. Any issues that have come about since moving in...have all been handled as if the project had just funished. Construction Zone cares for thier projects as if they were their own house !!! I would highly recomend and i would hire them if i were ever to build again.

The Construction Zone renovated and added 1200sqft. to our house. They are an extremely talented, dedicated and honest group of architects and builders. During the design phase they carefully listened to our objectives for the project and considered our budget constraints, they provided a itemized budget proposal that includes high, medium, and low costs solutions and materials, and they completed this in a very timely manner. During construction a project architect showed up each day to go over all aspects of the work with the building professionals that were on the site. Last minute changes were not a problem and we were always given a fair estimate of the cost. We could not be happier with the outcome and over-all experience with the Construction Zone.

CZ built our house in Scottsdale and were so professional, expert, innovative and wonderful to work with that we asked them to come to Dallas to renovate a home there. Both the new construction and the remodel were a joy to work on. The projects were done on time and at the projected cost. Our interior designer told us they were the easiest and most professional builders she'd worked with in her 30+ year career and our architect has gone on to recommend that CZ bid on many other projects they've designed. We all loved working with them!
