My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flooring is a real wood 5" white oak with a Rubio Monocoat finish. We do not have the final finish selection in our records. Here is a link to Rubio Monocoat - http://rubiomonocoatusa.com/en?reset&country=us

    This is a great product compared to traditional polyurethane finishes that require multiple coats and leave behind strong odors for days or longer.
