Hello folks.
Am building and at the foundation phase. The excavator left a rather tight overdig 2 vs 3 feet and so its down to figuring what drain tile is needed. The lot is the highest on the neighborhood and have sandy mix soils and plan to have a 3ft hiproof overspan from walls, so dont think there should be much issues with drainage when I run spouts far out.
I guess I would like to know from those with experience if I need tile in the areas listed on the diagram. Do you tile outside - A or inside - B of the areaway?

The design calls for a drain at the center of the areaway at the X spot, so not sure if running a pipe alongside would be overkill. Then on the opposite side - 3, do I need a pipe around all that or just at the straight side and also on 1 and 2 that adjoin a first floor garage and will be filled up. Anyone with familiarity on this or how inspectors see this would be appreciated.
