A beverage fridge will cool to a different temperature (cold) than a wine fridge (cool). Pick one or the other. And there are difference between free standing ones and ones that can be built into cabinets. Freestanding can not be built into cabinets. Pick one or the other.

The Electrolux I have can be built in or freestanding actually.

Wine is usually stored and served warmer than sodas and red and whites are different temps still. That being said my Sub Zero undercounter integrated fridge has a tiny freezer on the bottom, a regular fridge in the middle and a wine shelf on top - all at different temps. That being said, Sub Zero is probably the most expensive in this category. I’ve seen some drawer undercounter fridges that allow for temp setting for each drawer and that might work for you.
