It really depends on what colors you like: you can make blue, green, red, gray, yellow all work.

I have noticed that a paint swatch will not always look the same when it's painted onto the house.. I was in the same boat as you and ended up swatching the side of the house to find out the colors I chose were nothing like it looked.

Hi Paige, I like the idea of blue with a creamy/soft white. I would remove the shutters which are way too small for those large windows. Each shutter, whether functional or decorative, should be half the window's width. A wide trim around the windows would be a better look. Nice house!

You never go by just the little paint swatch.

A White and Charcoal house is beautiful, and timeless. But it will require more maintenance to keep the white looking clean.

I agree white and charcoal can be nice, especially with your roof color.

Regarding the wide trim, it looks like you might be able to work with what is there. If not, hire someone to do it.
