Although self clean is available in quote a few ranges, my experience over the last 20 years in the appliance industry has shown that continual us of self clean is the leading cause of control panels malfunctioning. Just too much heat for too long

Had 36" AG Wolf for several years; was work to clean it twice a year with fume free oven cleaner but not impossible. Greatest hassle is getting down on hands and knees to get into the oven cavity. Currently have 36" Capital DF with self cleaning elec oven, works ok but not great--have to do some scraping and cleaning after the self cleaning cycle. Prefer self over youclean having had both. Have used a Thermador self cleaning AG which worked ok; Capital makes self cleaning AG and have read nearly all positive comments. The Capitals pretty much have to be self cleaning given that they have a rotisserie.
