Try a dark brown or dark green and then landscape to add life and hide the paint.

Same color as the siding or same color as the shutters. Depends on the look for which you are going.

Paint the color of the siding. Paint stair treads black.

Is it currently painted? If that is a concrete stain I might try to return it to the normal concrete color.

The problem isn't so much that it's orange, but rather that there is so much of it showing.

You'll never hide the fact that it's the foundation walls by painting it to match the siding. Paint it a darker color in green or brown and then--and this is the most important part--plant something!!!!

You need sizable plants to camouflage the foundation--not necessarily a solid hedge, but something in front to draw the eye. Rhododendrons, or hydrangeas, maybe, with an ornamental tree in the mix--dogwood, Japanese maple, crape myrtle.

Any color but that. Some good landscaping will help hide that huge amount of foundation. I would also remove the too small shutters. The curved piece at the front roadside could maybe be done in faux stone
