My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Attached Garage Insulation Question

We are building a new home with a 24' x 24' two bay attached garage in central Massachusetts the walls are 2 x 6 construction with the Zip system sheathing.

Average winter temperatures are approximately 20F with record lows averaging -15F; average summer highs 80F with ~ 10days per summer in the 90s.

Would you insulate all of the walls?

The one wall that is attached to the home is insulated per code.
