Those things are too tiny to be fertilized at all and perhaps you are over-watering them. Hopefully that is some kind of potting mix and the pots have drainage holes.

If that is thistle-down in the pots, keep that picked out; thistles will grow far more rapidly than strawberries.

Disagree with the above fertilizer comment. The time to fertilize seedlings is when the 1st pair of leaves is present. BUT use 1/4 strength.

Those seedlings are in tough shape. The tan leaves are gone/dead, the leaves with a touch of green essentially gone.

If in the garden, the plants would be going dormant now. So, the goal, at this time, is would be to keep them alive for the winter but not expect growth.

You may need to begin a new experiment growing strawberry seeds next spring. Start as early in the year as possible.

Thanks yes its all dried up now. I will start new experiment early next year.
