I'd just stick with nickel, which comes in a zillion styles and will match your stainless elsewhere. Be sure to get samples so you can be sure the holes are exactly matching! Otherwise, type is up to your style.

I don't think you want to go too traditional with your flat-front cabinets, but that still leaves a host of possibilities. Enjoy!
