My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Leland! The insulation in the barn was a standard package -- fiberglass with a vapor barrier.

    we super insulated the interior structure with a 12" wall and dense-pack cellulose. This home has a ton of solar credits!

    Thanks! I love the "barndominium" concept. I''ve been debating on using steel insulated panels, structural or non. Still in the research/concept phase. Insulation and windows are heart breakers, lol. Trying to bring the dream down to reality and save where we can. Thanks again for the quick reply.
