We can certainly make it without the top, you would just need to get in touch with a Houzz rep and tell them you need to make a 1 time listing, that way we can make sure all the specifications are included in the order. As far as matching mirrors, I don't think we have any listed in the Houzz marketplace yet. We're working on adding all our accessories and options to our Houzz catalog too though!
