You can tweak the framing and use a sliding window they come in sizes up to 78" wide and keep one side stationary which will be built into a wall and work like a pocket door. But looking at your drawings you don't have much wall space on the sides to do something like this and still be left with a large opening unless you don't mind having a smaller clear opening.

I was looking for something roll up, not finding much.

I have not framed yet, so very flexible on wall space if I went the pocket route. If I did two panes that role into a wall I think I would be good.

Could you do a hinged window like below? We have a slider with lock in our office that works pretty slick but then one half is always blocked off.
