My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is flat top mount designed.

    Do you mean the edge is just 16 gauge SS laid flat on the counter top?

    If so, what do you recommend for a material that will give a good seal with quality appearance all the way around?

    Yes, it is. 16 gauge is standard material.
