Just take your counter sample with you to the paint store and pick out a half dozen chips. You'll probably want to bring the choices back home to look at them with the other finishes in your lighting. It's hard to suggest a paint based on photos on a computer monitor...

Note that, if the off-whites are getting you down, you could probably find a neutral from the grays in the inclusions in your counter or a lighter shade that matches your accent tile/backsplash (which I love, by the way) or cabinets in tone. As long as it's lighter than the cabinets when side by side, it will be contrast enough.

I am not sure what this color looks like in real life, but check out a sample if you want a gray undertone - BM Maritime White. It was used in many of the main rooms of a recent This Old House project:

Simply White, Benjamin Moore. Or Cloud Cover, if you want a slightly gray undertone. Please check against all your other samples; computer images do not reflect reality.
