Are you building the door yourself or having it custom built?

Not sure such a thing exists. A seal requires touching and sliding requires not touching.

If you mean on the sides, just put a piece of trim where doors meet side walls to cover the opening, if you mean on top or on the bottom, then I think HERE design and architecture is correct. If you figure it out, let me know. You can attach padlocks for security that connect to jamb and door.
