Are those exterior pocket doors? How does that work? How you keep the elements from entering the house?

    Yes, these are exterior pocketing doors. They were custom designed and fabricated lift/slide doors. The doors fit into a sealed pocket with weatherstripping and seals on the end of the door in the pocket.

    I have a set of aluminum/glass pocket doors in my den. My grandfather built the house in 1949. I need to replace them because they are single pane & not energy efficient. I have the den demo’d right now. Any suggestions for a replacement?
