My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen Dining Set - functional enough?>

Thoughts on this set for our kitchen? We have a 5yo and a baby on the way.

1) Will the chairs be just too hard to clean? Is there a trick to keeping them from getting dirty?

2) Do you think the size of 29.53"W and length of 47.24"L is going to be too small? Our current table is 42" round.

    No fabric chairs for little ones unless you want to be cleaning fabric constantly. Patricia's set would work well.
