Why does this show 1 set in stock from vendor Tableware Gallery and then when trying to put in cart it si unavailable. The price at Houzz is 165.99 at 17% discount. It is available at Amazon Prime for 198.99 from Tableware Gallery and there are 7 sets. What is going on with this vendor.

There is nothing going on with this vendor. Inventories on Houzz and Amazon are 2 different sites. According to my Houzz inventory there is 1 available for purchase.

yes but when I try to put it in the in basket , it says not available. Please explain.

I have no idea, this is Houzz's site not mine, I have limited control as to what happens on this site. My inventory says 1 available. You may want to contact Houzz customer support to get the answer as to why it is saying what it is.
