Help sourcing/designing wardrobe doors in jali screen style

Hello! I would love some input. I would like to replace my ugly, pale-wood wardrobe doors with two screen-style doors with jali-style cutouts. I am not sure how to source or go about this. Basically the bedroom will be Indian themed, and the doors could be a feature rather than currently something to be ignored. Does anyone have any ideas or seen something anywhere? I'm afraid this is the best picture I can find of the current doors.

Hi ! There is a company, based in Kent , called Jali - I have used them over the years and they are great ! It's a little bit expensive - but IMO well worth it ! Here's a link to their website ! ( they have a design system on there so you can design and price your own projects )

I think what I would do is take the doors to a cabinet maker and have them cut out the center panels and replace with the jali look you like.

Another idea would be to cut out the panels and replace them with glass. Then you could attach small and thin curtain rods top and bottom inside door. It is easy to make curtains by hemming top and bottom of lovely indian fabrics. This way you can change patterns whenever you want, by replacing the curtains behind the glass.
