Need help with Bathroom remodel

I put in garden tub in 2004, and tiled around the tub. The tile was expensive and I don't think I can remove the tile without damaging the garden tub and tile can no longer be found to repair. The tub spaced approximately 24 inches away from the shower, and shower has always been dark. My idea was to put glass block or heavy glass on the back deck of the tub and enlarge the size of the shower all the way to the edge of the tub. The problem is that there is a bay window which extends about 10 inches beyond the length of the tub into where the shower will be. The tub also, requires an access panel at the foot to access the motor and GFI reset switch. Ideas we have had are to put glass block on floor at back of tub instead of deck of tub, but need angle to go past bay window opening, and still somehow build access panel. Hope you have some ideas.

I'm sorry, this is confusing. Can you please try to clarify? Do you have damaged tile? What is your goal and/or problem that you are trying to solve

Remodeling bath. Shower was inclosed with small glass bronze door, making shower dark. Have new bath cabinets on order and while cabinets are being made I'm attempting to both enlarge where the shower was, and make two sides heavy glass or glass block. In the last picture you might be able to see the faint outline of where the shower used to be. There was a wall perpendicular out from the window wall parallel to the back of the tub. It was about 2 feet, and then a bronze glass door was angled in to where the blue level is laying on a bench.
My goal is to both increase the shower to the back of the tub, (access opening), and make it all glass. Glass from top of access panel turn 90 deg back toward blue level. Drain was in center of last picture, will be moved closer to tub. Walls where sheetrock removed and insulation showing are back sides of shower.
I've attached a drawing of which may help. Problem is angling glass to outside edge of bay window, and creating access panel with glass.

I have a similar issue with redesigning my shower. The access panel to Jacuzzi tub would end up inside the shower. The shower was built teeny-tiny (and dark) to allow access to that panel. I would be very interested to see how you solve this issue!
