if you wish to return, you would need to speak with the retailer from which you purchased it. as the manufacturer, we will replace up to 4 damaged parts within the first 30 days of purchase, so we would urge you to open the boxes immediately and inspect your parts. In the email, you would put the address of where it was delivered, the name the order shipped under, the model number of the item, and the part letter(s) that need to be replaced. Those parts would ship out 48-72 hours from the receipt of the request..We would also respond to your email to let you know that we received your request and are shipping the replacement parts.
