Hello, that floor is really interesting. It’s important to tie it in with the fireplace, so I would say use colorful accents in the room that go with the yellow in the floor and use the gray that ties the fireplace and floor together on the walls. That gray is neutral enough that you’ll be able to feel comfortable after adding pops of color elsewhere. Add “after” photos when you are done with this room...it would be intriguing to see!
