My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Great Example of Different Counter Heights!!

Would you please share the 2 counter heights and their dimensions (total vs step down area)? I am considering putting in a step down work space in my counter and this is one of the best examples, utilizing the space of the 2 levels, including showing the mixer lift right nearby! Your help is much appreciated ... Thank you!!

    Great inquiry! There was a lot of countertop in this kitchen (just over 60 square feet). The lowered portion of the counter was 30" above the floor (typical is 36") and was 31" wide x 25-1/2" deep. Locating the mixer stand adjacent to the baking center was a no-brainer in this space!
