We are renovating a house that we will eventually sell (likely within the next five years). One question I have is whether we should keep the big 8’x8’ master walk in closet with a door to the shared bathroom (which we will be renovating sometime this year) or if we should convert part of it to a small bath (8’x5’ or 8’x4’) and have a small walk through closet.

To note, this house is in the suburbs and a master baths are common, but not in every house. We’d mostly be converting it for resale, though we’d certainly enjoy it. Thanks in advance!
