carriage house layout?

By which I mean the existing cement floored cinderblock building on back of the garage. No windows possible on garage wall at all, or the clockwise wall to that due to 12 high property wall 2 feet from building. Clockwise to that is wall which cannot have windows below 7 in height due to land slope and a cistern outside. Front and entry wall, to be constructed is 23 ft wide, garage wall is 27.5 long. Ceiling is 12 feet high. How do I use the height?

So what do I do to make it nice? How to finish off the cinder block walls? How to take the existing concrete floor to something ok? Hubby saw a picture of a green colored cement floor which he liked.

This is in a VERY MILD climate. Never freezes, never hot. Average winter high mid 60s average summer high, mid 70s. cement/

I'm not quite sure what your goal for this space is. Habitation? Storage? Man cave? Guest house? Is it already built or being planned?

Also, skylights would let in a lot of light and hopefully mitigate the closed in prison-y feeling of a windowless cinder block room if it's intended for habitation.

Really we are working in the dark. A detailed floor plan and some pics of the space and also what you want to use the space for.BTW this is in no way a carriage house
