Umbrella plant aphid problem

Hi all! I recently had an aphid infestation on my Schleffera which I managed to get under control with an organic pesticide but I noticed these marks on some of the leaves and I was wondering is this is from the aphids or if its something else I need to address?

Aphids are sap sucking animals so they damage the inside of plants where they feed. They can also introduce pathogens into the plant tissue. That's probably what the damage is on your plant. You could remove the leaves, or just monitor them for signs of further deterioration. They're pretty tough plants so the damage is likely to be more cosmetic. Just keep your eye on them.
