We are exploring options for fencing around part of our yard/pool. I love the idea of a stone terrace with stone fence/wall at the edges. I saw something resembling what I like at a restaurant downtown (see photo of stone columns/pedestals/urns/not sure what to call them).

I realize it would be crazy expensive to get these things as high as we need them and all along our property but then I saw a brick home with a brick fence/wall that has wrought iron on top of it (see other photo of brick fence with wrought iron).

So I want to explore options but don’t understand what this is called and who does this kind of thing. Also, we happen to have some of the best salvage shops in my city and if I knew the name of what I am looking for – I might be able to find some salvage pieces that would work.
