Smells Like Sealant

So I just got this rug and it is beautiful and all but smells like rugby or those industrial sealants used in sealing windows or at least similar to that. Do you have any idea on how to get rid of the smell. Gives me headache.

Hello Loyal Customer,
Thank you so much for shopping with us. The smell is coming from the dye. It is a normal effect for tufted rugs because of their wool. If it is a possibility, the only thing that you can do would be to open your windows/doors during the day to let air circulate. I can assure you that it will go away overtime.
