I live in Arizona, but have a small apartment complex in Knoxville. It has crummy landscaping, so I thought I'd put in some hydrangeas (Annabelle) and Encore azaleas. Do they need irrigation of any kind (sprinklers or drip)? I was wondering if they'd be ok on the natural rain. A couple of the units (they're all one story) have a number of plants in front of them, and I don't think there's any irrigation of any kind, so they might be ok after they're established, but I'm not sure.
