The doors you are targeting I would budget at the low end $800, but more realistically $1200-$1500 depending on what material.....i.e. wood, or fiberglass/metal. Most larger metropolitan areas will have multiple custom door shops as well as regional large door suppliers. Thermatru on the metal/fiberglass would be a large national supplier as well.

You can update your existing door with a full lite door glass insert with external grilles, just like in your photo! Updating your sidelights to match would be dependent upon the sizing. black door you like would be good. The grids in both window and side lights are horizontal.
I wish I knew how to attach photos here. My door has the grids etched in the glass.
If privacy is an issue, consider a frosted glass.
Blinds on the side lights work, but not pretty.
