My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Shipped "curbside". What does that mean? I live in a high rise condo.

Will my furniture just be left outside of the building? Can it at least be brought up to my unit via the elevator?

It will be white glove delivery to any room of your choice.

Thank you for being so patient with me and your generous offered deduction. I spent the entire day today moving into my new home and could not get back to you sooner. As it has turned out, your piece would not have been able to make it into our condo due to two twists and turns that the longer than usual piece that we wanted to purchase from you would never have worked. I am so sorry to have to say I cannot buy it however if I can find something not as long from your sources, I definitely will give it another try. Thank you for your patience. - Cindy
