Do all echeverias offset freely?

Some of my Echeverias are showing offsets popping-out from under the old leaves. I have found offset propagation as more reliable than that of leaf cuttings, because a leaf has tendency to break away from the meristem that allows the leaf to produce a new plantlet. I still give a chance to detached leaves and a few were worth keeping.

Are all Echeverias good offsetting plants?

If I take offsets, does it encourage popping new ones? Does removal of the bottom leaves encourage them?

Since nobody has answered yet, I'll give it a try: Not all of them do. I have E. agavoides that have never grown offsets in over 10 years. I can only propagate by leaf cutting. I haven't had good light for them until recently though. Others seem to be constantly growing offsets. I'm sorry I can't answer your last two questions, although I'm guessing the last one is a negative.

hm...here an agavoides that does. I wish my laui's would be more prolific.
