My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The cabinets are from Ikea, the tiles are Metro tiles possibly from Topps tiles.

      The backsplash looks like ceramic subway tile but I can't tell the size. Very pretty kitchen!

      I'm sorry, I like the calm atmosphere, but the kitchen arrengament is not practical: sink is wy to far from the stove and the frige (way behind that closet??) plus, I would have change the handles (too small for those cabinets doors) and the backsplash - to add more character suitable for the outside area (which blends with the inside...) The pictures are too big for the walls area,,,I would have change them for smaller ones..maybe something creative based on the kid's craft....
