I would suggest that you select a mosaic using the beige tone to complement your counter top.

I would go with glass subway tile, pick color from your granite countertop.

I would keep the granite the star and go with a simple backsplash. Mosaics with lovely granite are too busy. Actually, they give me an optical headache:)

Bring home various samples. I went with ordinary cream subway tile - no contrast in the grout and I love its simplicity. It was also inexpensive. You might prefer a different shape tile and glass may work. Get samples and look at them next to your cabinets and counter.

I'm not liking the color of your cabinets, and I'm really not liking that your cabinets basically match your flooring, but in terms of back splash .... with what you've already done here, I think your only choice is a white-ish color pulling from the lightest color of the granite. Depending on what style your house is (it almost looks like you've got a rustic farm house thing going on) you may be able to get away with a very small arabesque tile if you didn't want to do a standard subway style tile. In other words, I think you might be able to do a patterned tile, but stick with a light color.

HI -- Off white or very light grey glass tiles . Have bigger tiles instead of any small or mosaic tiles . Very tight grout lines . There is a lot of movement in the granite and any small tiles will look too busy .

Your kitchen looks great! I would pick a tile in the lightest color from your granite and choose something very simple such as a subway tile. Stay away from anything multi-colored or in a small or busy format.

You could try using a subway tile, or a tile that is the lightest color in your countertop.
