My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The material is 7" wide European White Oak. The color was developed by my local flooring company using a 10-step process that they held close to their chest.

    We used a flooring product from Exquisite Surfaces called Manoir Grey as inspiration to develop our application. It is fairly close to what we ended up with, and certainly a great substitute.
