My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Exterior paint color, wood?

Is this vertically applied, clear grade VG grain cedar? Is it a paint or a stain? What color? It is BEAUTIFUL! and looks like it will hold up in a rainy climate.

    This is cvg cedar and it is painted. I don't have the actual paint color. We were matching an existing color so it was a custom color.

    what is the railing material? horizontal metal with wood top? where can you get horizontal metal rail?

    The railings are custom made by a local metal fabricator. They are metal w/ a wood top. We used Royal Oak in Portland Oregon for the metal fab. and the conractor installed the wood cap.
