The leave tips are dying or drying out, not too sure any help? They always used to be slightly red.

Left on a north east windowsill no rad underneath and i water it once every 3 weeks or so, just watered it hence the dropets.

Any idea what's going on and how to stop it?

I take it out to water i only keep the plastic on it to stop the moitsure ruining the fiber pot it's sitting in, it never sits in water

Well, the leaf tips start to turn red when the plant is exposed to a lot of sun. I'm guessing that it doesn't get much in a northeast window.

I'm not sure what's causing the drying tips. All I can say is that I'm 99% sure that it isn't a serious problem.

Usually when I see crispy ends like that it's from lack of water. Not a big deal as Mesembs has stated.

If it only happens to the side that's facing the window that's most likely culprit. Turning it every so often may help;).

Just keep your eye on it. If you notice things start to get worse you may have to go searchin below the surface. See what's goin on with those roots;).
