My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I did not - but pottery barn has a chandelier just like this although it would likely be too big for this particular space. I ended up purchasing it for my hallway overlooking my staircase and it is beautiful

    Not sure how I missed the question last year...but the homeowner found this fixture themselves - would have been purchased around 2016 - a good chance it came from Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn!
